I had exceptional service that was somewhat unexpected... I purchased a vehicle that the dealership was likely not going to see to the general public and most likely take to the auction or wholesale. So this was an atypical purchase on a vehicle that I purchased as-is but, the delivery was done in a manner that would have been comparable to a new car delivery. in other words, Rob went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! Rob had the truck cleaned and tank filled when I has expected to just take it as is. I was short on time so arrangemsnts were made to have finance paperwork ready and all I had to do was sign & go.
Equally important was Robs sales manner. He is a no pressure, low key person that reads your needs and limitations and does not push the envelope in either area and instead, works within your financial & specific vehicle needs. Rob is what you might call a regular guy and works that way.
Rob's only shortcoming is that he's a Bruins fan and having been from Pittsburgh, I was fully willing to overlook that...
This is my second lease from Heritage Toyota and there's a reason I went back! It's a low-pressure, friendly environment. Rob in Sales was great to work with - he got answers to all of my questions, worked with me patiently on the deal, and I was in and out quickly that morning. Nick in Finance couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with.

This was my first experience with a dealership -- and my wife's first, as well. So neither of us was necessarily looking forward to it, but it all ended up being a breeze.
We showed up knowing which certified used cars we wanted to check out (having done a fair amount of research online), and no one ever tried to upsell us. I feel that Rob really "read" us well, and simply did his best to give us what we wanted to buy (rather than what Heritage wanted to sell). That is a textbook definition of great salesmanship, and I very much appreciate Rob's no-pressure approach.
When there ended up being an issue with the Carfax report, due to an odometer reading that had been mis-reported by the previous owner (a rental company), Andy and Rob went above and beyond to assure us that it would get fixed right away, and that the hassle would be all theirs, not ours.
Andy also included on the purchase agreement a signed note saying that Heritage would buy back the car if they were unable to get the issue corrected.
Anyhow, they got it corrected within a week, and we got exactly the car we wanted at a better-than-expected price.
As for financing, we also are very pleased with the rate we were able to get. Christine gave us all our financing options -- that's her job, after all. But there was no undue pressure about the extended warranty (something I was not interested in, but was willing to hear out). She, like Rob and Andy, was very helpful, personable, professional, and easy to work with.

Over this past weekend we purchased our 4th vehicle, 5th if you include my Mother's, from Heritage Toyota. Our salesman, Rob Iandoli, has spent countless hours finding the right vehicles for us, setting up test drives, reviewing features, and even finding the perfect car out of State. He is incredibly patient and puts 100% in from start to finish. It is clear that Rob sees the importance of Great Customer Service, whether the car is new or used. As long as we drive Toyota Vehicles...we will buy them from Rob.

We were test driving cars within three minutes of arriving at the lot. Rob was extremely patient with us while we worked through the numbers and went back and forth a bit on color. We wound up getting a great deal on a Certified Pre-Owned Camry. The no pressure sales and finance approach was also very much appreciated! This is our third time purchasing from Heritage and the service has been consistently great over the past 14 years!

We wanted to purchase a a new (2015) xB and approached our local dealership... They stated scion didn't make that model anymore but they did have im' on their lot. I called several other dealerships and all were interested in selling what they had on their lots... Very disappointed. Called heritage in Vermont and asked if they could get a new xB, our sales rep ,Rob, asked if he could call me back in 5 or 10 minutes, (which he did). When he called back, he said he had located 3 and e-maled the details. My wife and I selected 1 and heritage had it on the lot, ready to go in less than a week... Very helpful, efficient, and " service with a smile" thanks to all at Heritage Toyota ( my apologies to finance, I don remember the person' name.. I believe it was John)

I have had nothing but outstanding service and sales from Heritage Toyota. I bought my vehicle there and I only have me vehicle serviced there. I drive 30 miles to the Heritage Toyota Service Center, even though there is a Toyota service center locally in my town. The Toyota dealer and service center in my town has a bad reputation amongst the locals and word of mouth goes along way in a small town. I will buy my next vehicle from Heritage Toyota and also have it serviced there because of the quality received to there customers.

I spent the past two years researching all the Internet media on a new SUV for our family. I had narrowed it down to between the GMC Acadia, Acura MDX, Ford Explorer and the Toyota Highlander. The last thing I wanted to do was visit a dealer; that's why it took two years! I saw a 2015 Highlander on the Heritage Toyota website I was interested in so I sent an e-mail inquiry. Internet guy Rick Rice got back to me and said, yes, it is available, why not come in for a test drive? I hesitated a few days then let him know that we, my wife and I, would be there. When we arrived we met with Rick and sales rep Rob Iandoli. Rob got the Highlander ready for our test drive which went perfectly. I, okay, we, were sold on the Highlander. We wanted an XLE but in the Pearl white. We settled on the options we wanted, a "great" trade price for our Trailblazer and let Rob do a search for us. One exactly as we wanted came in from Toyota within a couple of weeks. We had sold our Trailblazer to a nephew so Rob came to our home, driving the new Pearl White Highlander, to drive us to the dealership. Whoa! I must admit it, the best experience ever at an auto dealership.
