Unfortunately this was not the first time I waited over 2 hours for a service appointment. The last time I did not leave a review because things happen which may cause delays, however, this time from the moment I walked in it was a very unpleasant experience. There were several walkins that were taken ahead of myself and other customers that also had appointments. Then after waiting 2 hours I received an alert through my Toyota app that my vehicle had been locked and windows closed and my vehicle was in the parking lot. I waited 35 minutes before asking a service advisor how much longer it would take and he was very agitated and clearly irritated that I had asked stating they were very busy and he hadn't had time to get to my paperwork but was just about to work on it. I have been to other dealerships with my last vehicle and never had an experience like this so I will not be returning.
