Very nice experience dealing with Henry Brown Buick GMC which looking to upgrade my 2013 Yukon SLT which was getting high in mileage we spoke was actually,2 salesman mr. Rob Upchurch and Mister Rigo Ramire which looking to upgrade my 2013 Yukon SLT which was getting high in mileage we spoke was actually,2 salesman mr. Rob Upchurch and Mister Rigo Ramirez had a very pleasant time and informative visit in effort to upgrade my Yukon we did purchase a very nice 2018 Yukon Denali and both salesman were very informative and helpful to get us into a later model Yukon it is a very nice vehicle I appreciate all the help and patients that they gave me and that led me to my decision and highly recommend Henry Brown Buick and GMC More

First experience not good. Our salesman was home with covid, the regular lease guy not present and his fill in was not up to the task and when Tom returned everything was handled. Our salesman, Butch, back on the job and did an excellent job. His follow-up and customer service is the best I've experienced in 60 years of buying cars. Jimmy who filled in for Butch did a very good job as well. Eiji from finance called and did an excellent job of explaining your extended warranty program. Really appreciated his call. More
