Great service . They got us in on Saturday with a drive up when our AC went out. Unfortunately this is my second air conditioning problem with this car in 2 month . They got us in on Saturday with a drive up when our AC went out. Unfortunately this is my second air conditioning problem with this car in 2 months. What makes it even more frustrating is that the car has barely 50,000 miles on it. Makes me wonder about the quality of GMC vehicles. I really like this vehicle but am now considering getting rid of it and going to a different brand. Two AC fixes costing over $1500 on a car with only 50k miles is not acceptable and makes me wonder what next. More

Wheel liner When I got to my appointment I was not even in the system. They had to find someone to verify I was suppose to be there. Not all the part were there, When I got to my appointment I was not even in the system. They had to find someone to verify I was suppose to be there. Not all the part were there, so I will have to return. The quote I received before the appointment was not correct. I paid more than I expected. Overall though Kevin was polite and explained everything to me. He followed up with me when the part was in and I have a new appointment to finish the work. More
