I bought my 2018 Chevy Colorado from Nash Chevrolet on a Thursday evening and had problems with the transmission before I got home. I called Nash Chevrolet and they were very nice and asked what I thought t Thursday evening and had problems with the transmission before I got home. I called Nash Chevrolet and they were very nice and asked what I thought the problem seemed to be. I told them what the symptoms were. The sales manager ask if I could drive it back or if I needed to have it towed back to their service department. I drove it back over to the service department and they told me what they thought it was and the way they would fix the problem. They called me back on the following Monday and said my truck was ready to be picked up. I picked it up from the service department and they said it was a problem Chevy was aware of and there wasn’t no charge. This dealership I think went above and beyond to help me and I will definitely buy from them again. The salesman, sales manager and the service manager are top notch. More

I purchased a used vehicle in which I am very pleased with, I would highly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. When I experienced a concern with my vehicle all I did was make a phone call to my sales person (Callon) and he called me back in a timely fashion and advised me on what they were going to do to help me, and made it happen with no problems at all. In the future I will be purchasing all of my vehicles from NASH CHEVROLET. Thanks to everyone that helped me with everything, keep up the good work, customer service was amazing. More

Had a good experience, start to finish! My experience at Nash was positive, start to finish. I began in the service department and had a pleasant encounter with all of the employees I met. W My experience at Nash was positive, start to finish. I began in the service department and had a pleasant encounter with all of the employees I met. When I mentioned an interest in looking at a new vehicle I was walked to the showroom and introduced to Mr. Brown who was quite helpful even though I said I was most likely not going to purchase a vehicle at that time. The next day I returned and worked with Mr. Martin, because Mr. Brown had the day off. I was favorably impressed with the spirit of teamwork that seemed to be the rule at Nash. Mr. Martin was also very helpful and easy to deal with. He ended up staying late to close out my purchase. I should also comment that the finance people who were involved were friendly, to the point and not pushy in the way that too many car dealers are. I enthusiastically recommend Nash and its employees. More
