Habib & manager Claudia were amazing with their communication, follow up and getting me in a new car. Dealing between me and my father (who is out of state), with a trade in, they were great commun communication, follow up and getting me in a new car. Dealing between me and my father (who is out of state), with a trade in, they were great communicators, patient while I made up my mind and followed through. Whole process took less than 3 days. I sat in and explored every vehicle I thought I wanted, but Lee, my sales advisor, ultimately put me in the vehicle he knew I’d love and genuinely needed. His experience, insight, and honesty made this entire process a major plus. One test drive was all it took! I drove off the lot in the perfect car for me. I’m incredibly excited to start my journey with my new Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. It was just OK. It's not that they were rude outright. It's just they kind of acted like they did not care very much.
