Wonderful Experience Buying a car brings mixed emotions, on the one hand I'm excited about getting a new vehicle but on the other hand I have to deal with the trauma of bu Buying a car brings mixed emotions, on the one hand I'm excited about getting a new vehicle but on the other hand I have to deal with the trauma of buying it. This time it was different for one reason, Carlos Enrique Rosas was our salesperson. He NEVER pressured us into anything. He was honest and helpful, we felt we could actually trust him and believe what he said. He even came in on his day off even though we urged him not to. Robert, the sales manager was also great. He was helpful and had a good sense of humor. I have never written a glowing review about a car experience because quite frankly they are usually not pleasant experiences; however Carlos stands out as a bright star. If all of your salesmen are like him you should garner the lions share of the market because no one else comes close to treating people like they are more than a quota. I commend you on your hiring choice and can promise to spread the word about your exemplary employee and someone we now count as a friend - Carlso Rosas. More
