"knowledgeable Service Representative"
I was at the Dealership service center on Saturday, September 15, 2018. I was greeted by Mr. Booska.
He was very professional and to the point, regarding which additional services, my S80 required. I
received a written estimate, which clearly outlined, what needed to be done, as well as the cost..
The services were performed and I was on my way. Although I didn't plan to spend that additional
money, I am glad I was able to get that item(something about the engine not being secure)handled.
That was my second time using the service department and I will return again. I feel confident the
work performed, was of the highest quality. The service area is very clean and the waiting room is nice as well.
