My first BMW experience! During my first BMW experience I was welcomed kindly by all the team members who greeted me. I had specifically gone to see Robert Chodorowski all the During my first BMW experience I was welcomed kindly by all the team members who greeted me. I had specifically gone to see Robert Chodorowski all the way from Brooksville, based off a friend’s referral from his previous experience with Rob at this location. I was on the search for a new 3 series. Rob was ready and energetic to answer all my questions and ease my concerns. This being my first BMW i was not educated enough on the vehicles but Rob made sure to share all his knowledge and patiently present and describe the cars to me. We spoke, we drove and after many questions answered, we sat to review numbers and financing matters. Rob spent hours of his evening with me making sure all my needs were met and i was happy with the decision i made to lease a 2019 330i Beamer. Rob ran back and forth many times between patiently explaining the many options i was given to come to an agreement and negotiating with the finance guys to get the best deal for me. There was not a time when he seemed flustered or even tired of me not understanding car lingo or some financial matter. He even assured my concerns when Alan came to shake my hand as were coming near closing on the deal after he had worked out the numbers i was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was on the market searching for a new car for about a month before coming to BMW. I went to other dealerships such as Audi and Lexus. But, i have to admit, Ferman BMW provided me with the pleasant quality of professionalism and caring customer service i have not experienced anywhere else. I am very satisfied with my new car and i am looking forward to doing more business with the Ferman family! Thank you Rob C, Alan M, Scott D, and Stone! More

My experience at Ferman BMW was t A lot of people dread the car buying experience because of the 'high pressure' sales techniques they expect to get. My experience at Ferman BMW was the exact opposite and is the reason I did not bother shopping around for other vehicles even though I had every intent to when I first visited. Robert and David were extremely professional and listened to what I wanted and then found the vehicle that met 100% of my requirements rather than just simply trying to sell me whatever was on the lot. Once we agreed on the car I would be purchasing, Robert was very diligent about communicating exactly when my car would be ready. When I returned in to pick the vehicle up, I did not have to waste any time and we got right down to business; I appreciate that my time was respected. This was my 2nd experience with a Ferman dealership and in both instances I had no pressure sales experiences and is why I will continue to shop at Ferman dealerships in the future. More
