Service Had a nail in my tire, was told by service in didn't penetrate, no charge. While service was removing the nail they did a recall issue. No coffee or anything provided while waiting. Being it’s COVID I can expect but when I serviced car and they didn’t even wash that was sad. I was given a voucher to wash my car somewhere. From my initial outreach to the Dealership through the final step of the agreement, I was given Robert's attention. He was flexible when dealing my schedule and other conditions (weather);Robert worked diligently to locate the vehicle of my choice (color) and he worked to ensure that I would receive the various discount opportunities were available to me ; Darlene was very nice and accommodating. Before I met Robert. I believe it was my interaction and conversation with Darlene that made me comfortable about the Dealership. Working with Vic was also very pleasant and professional. He explained the various financial options available making my decision less difficult.
