Wait time is ridiculous when I have made an appointment. Took me 3 weeks to get an inspection. I had a 2:30 appointment. Got there at 2:15 and my car was not ready until 4:15. Before this I had an appointment for an oil change which took 3 hours!! I understand things happen but my time is just as important. Would you wait in a doctors office that long?? Not impressed with the service department at all. More

I am so satisfied with the whole experience, from the beginning when I sat down with Loosmane, , he was very patient and not at all pushy, he explained everything. (Even when I had kept him there a little past 5pm on Sunday Football game Day) When I came back to pick up car and was in rush (due to me trying fit too much in a day) Rob (Fiancing) sped it up for me and made it happen. And even right when I was leaving, Loosmane walked out to start the car to check the gas level, and topped it off so I’d leave with full tank. I definitely will recommend Loosmane (DCH Toyota) to anyone looking for a car. Thank you again!! More
