Very disappointed with my experience. I visited this dealership after seeing a vehicle advertised online at a certain price, only to find out the actual price at the dealership was signif I visited this dealership after seeing a vehicle advertised online at a certain price, only to find out the actual price at the dealership was significantly higher. The online pricing did not match what was presented in person, which felt misleading and like a waste of my time. I drove out expecting transparency and honesty, but instead encountered pricing that changed once I arrived. If there are additional fees, conditions, or qualifications required to get the advertised price, those details should be clearly disclosed upfront. I value honest business practices and accurate advertising. Unfortunately, this experience left me frustrated and feeling that the online listing was used simply to get customers through the door. I would recommend that potential buyers verify all pricing details before making the trip. Would not return and would not recommend based on this experience. More

On 6/2/26 I bought a 2025 subaru crosstrek wilderness from DCH wappinger falls Toyota. I paid a registration transfer fee so they could put new reg/plates on my new car back in Connecticut. My salesman k from DCH wappinger falls Toyota. I paid a registration transfer fee so they could put new reg/plates on my new car back in Connecticut. My salesman kirk kuehsel said on 6/2/26 his dmv guy would be going to CT for several customers and I would receive new reg/plates in few days by mail. I was issued a 30 day temp plate which expired 7/2/26. I called sales mng n kirk numerous times bc plates/reg never came. On 7/3/26 kirk said his dmv staff were busy n plates would come next week but as of 7/12 nothing. I keep getting the run around n no one will call me back. DCH Toyota is in clear violation of purchase agreement n is very unprofessional in how they treat veterans/customers. I just want my transfer reg/plates that I paid for and for someone at dealer to call me back and address. After dozens of calls the only response was a text saying they are coming but I told them my temp plate had expired. Why tell me they would show up in mail by 6/5/26 and a month later still nothing? Never again will I buy from dishonest dealer like this again. More
