We are still expecting better communication. I'd been told DCH Toyota would help us out when we came to sign papers and pay/pick up the vehicle. Again, offering us "employee pricing" for an extended warranty we'd said we were not interested in, was and is not helpful (that is NOT any sort of compensation). We paid for "optional accessories" that couldn't be undone, so they were NOT optional, and none of it was revealed to us. We are still waiting on a small check to arrive b/c no one could figure out the fees accurately ahead of time. (Frustrating.) But we paid $1400 for the "optional" items with zero explanation until I asked questions. NOT OK. This was not amended. It's not like you could un-stain-resist the seats, etc. Yes, we ended up paying that b/c the items were already done, so technically, part of the price. No one tried to fix that or work with us on that. We plan to buy another vehicle in the future, and whether DCH is our choice or not remains to be seen. As I said, the humans we worked with, especially Christian, and Corey - who simply stepped in during the transition (without compensation), were fantastic. Toyota and the dealership overall have some communication clarity to work on. How does Toyota plan to fix this going forward?
