He even went to pick up the specific vehicle that met my requirements from another dealer, and then spent almost an hour helping me learn to use the technology. I had spoken to various dealerships whom either told me they had it in stock only for me to go there and once I got there, they did not have it. All the way to dealerships stating they can get it in 48 hours. After searching dealers in my area, I was recommended this dealership and went online to their site. My husband called and spoke with Janine, whom confirmed that indeed the car was in stock. I was a little apprehensive at first but we made the appointment to go. Once we walked in we met Darryn who was a breath of fresh air. After Darryn, we dealt with Robert who was the finance manager and he was wonderful as well. FYI, their prices beat all the dealers I went to! Just as an overall experience with searching for a certain car (which is exhausting), DCH Wappingers Falls was delightful. More

She spent a lot of time with us on a busy Saturday and made sure we had all of the information we needed before we left, including pricing and trade-in offer. We said we needed a couple of weeks to think about it and she was very respectful of that. We went to another dealership in the meantime, and they did not compare. We ended up buying a Highlander XLE from Melissa and would recommend her to anyone. The process was smooth, comfortable and we love our new vehicle! More
