Buying a new Toyota Sienna I was referred to a particular salesman (Naeem Randall) and I couldn't have been happier. He was helpful and honest about the various models. I was surprised to discover that the salesmen are now on salary and not commission, which helps to explain why he was so forthright. He explained all the various features of the different models so that I was able to make an educated purchase. I was disappointed that I couldn't get certain features, but they came packaged (like cable TV) and so to get a navigation system I had to also get a sun roof and heated leather seats, neither of which were of interest to me. My only negative experience was with the finance man (Nick Palmas). It wasn't that he didn't provide good information, but he just seemed too slick, like the proverbial sleazy used car salesman. However, when I went to pick up the car, Nick wasn't there and so we had Robert Goldberg, who was a much warmer individual. More

Afterall, who can trust anything reported online - am I right? Man, was I wrong! I took the car out for a test drive with Ira. My husband and his buddy (both over 6ft tall) sat comfortably in the back. Once back in the showroom, the paperwork process was prompt and seamless. This lease purchase was my second at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and once again, a most pleasurable experience. Sales Consultant, Melissa Sinapi did a impeccable job in helping me select a vehicle that best fits my needs. She was very informative and never made me feel pressured. She made me feel like I was purchasing a vehicle from an "old friend". I would recommend Melissa to any family or friends of mine looking to purchase a vehicle. I also met with Robert Goldberg, Finance Manager, to finalize my paperwork and he also was wonderful.
