Excellent, positive professional customer service from all departments from Neal in Service, Robert Hass in sales and Robbie and Bob in Finance. Had to trade in a 2022 GMC Canyon with a manufactured defe all departments from Neal in Service, Robert Hass in sales and Robbie and Bob in Finance. Had to trade in a 2022 GMC Canyon with a manufactured defective fuel pump at 1800 miles combined with not knowing when GM & GMC will ever know when a warranty approved replacement fuel pump will be available. It was my decision to trade in/off the Canyon and move into a 2014 Sierra with 100K plus miles and recent suspension repairs plus 2 new tires recommended by Robert Hass. As of now I’m a satisfied and happy Eagle Buick GMC customer. More
