If I could give less than a star, I would. I can't believe what has happened to me. That dealership added in two different extended plans without one word to me about it. During the financi I can't believe what has happened to me. That dealership added in two different extended plans without one word to me about it. During the financing and finishing the deal he was in such a hurry and had such haste. We spoke about the gap insurance. We went back-and-forth about the gap insurance and then I made a decision after researching it for a little bit and I said OK. Not one word was ever mentioned to me that we're gonna be adding $3642 worth of extended warranty and a maintenance package or something like that. The salesman knew when we were making the deal that I was pinching pennies. I mentioned retired fixed income, and that one point I was ready to go ahead and leave with my trade-in if we couldn't come to a deal. Never ever was it even mentioned then I truly believe the salesman because I was upfront with him. There would be no reason for him to even attempt to mention. Hey, let's add a bunch of money on top of your deal for an extended warranty and a maintenance plan, I have a retired mechanic. I have every tool you can imagine in my garage. I do my own maintenance. I don't trust, garages or quickie oil changes. But besides all that what has happened is being hurried up to close the deal out sign here on an iPad. There was no paperwork put in front of me then told I'll just email it to you later and I got it the next day and it wasn't until a day later till I actually looked at it and said what on earth is this? $3662 extra. Kia has an awesome warranty in the first place. Why would anybody actually extend the Kia warranty? So I'm saying if anybody reads this do not let them rush you look at every single penny do not let them do the where do you want your payment and then they come back and say we got your payment right there but they don't show you how they got that payment how much the vehicle is what's the additions what it all adds up to to get to that payment, they don't let you know that till the end and then they rush you so fast out the door didn't even have time to look at the contract so go over it with a fine tooth comb. I trusted them cause I bought two vehicles from them before they were different ownership, but I bought two vehicles from Kia was never even introduced to an extended warranty. And now this happens. Nobody mentioned to me about these optional $3662. We're gonna tack on. And now since I've sent emails to everybody and I've sent a certified registered letter to them return receipt of course I'm waiting to see when they're gonna refund that money to the principal. I'm still waiting and I purchased a car in the 14th. I advised them around the 19th. More

The car purchased from family Kia was a great Bargain. The customer service however was so Bland.. I’m HUGE on customer service… I was lead to believe I was gonna be meeting DESTINY the rep I’d been emai The customer service however was so Bland.. I’m HUGE on customer service… I was lead to believe I was gonna be meeting DESTINY the rep I’d been emailing and texting… She texted me 15minutes before 430pm appt to say she’s excited to meet me. Once I got there 5mins late I was told she’s gone for the day. So a guy would be helping me..(I NEVER GOT HIS NAME SO IM ASSUMING HES L ONE OF THE THE NAMES MENTIONED IN THE SURVEY. I was left in the office about 15-20mins while he went and got the car, there was never a sorry for your wait or nothing to the point I left and got in my car to leave. When I got to the road I saw him pull to the front with the car (because I truly needed this car for my daughter I turned around) you can tell he didn’t care that I pulled off (I don’t think they thought I was gonna really buy, but I did) when I asked questions about the car his answer were so empty(he even shrugged his shoulders when asked are there any mechanical issues). So with his it was just a cold sale…. The financial guy was very warm, he held a conversation, even did a few jokes. I don’t remember his name but he did atleast introduce himself. No one in the TRAILER greeted me, the other car companies I went to OVER GREETED ME (everyone). So yes the car was a good bargain but the customer service was EMPTY I WONT SAY BAD BECAUSE I WASNT MISTREATED.. I just ALSO WASNT treated. The two mechanics outside the trailer did say goodbye. That’s it, that’s all! I think I was a book judged by its cover… I actually wanted to purchase two cars, even after I expressed it the sales guy didn’t try to offer me anything to look at. More
