Could not use coupon because oil for 2016 Honda is not stock Have N.S. Ford coupon sent me by mail but could not use it. Although N.S. ads say they service "all makes of vehicles" they would not do an oil change Have N.S. Ford coupon sent me by mail but could not use it. Although N.S. ads say they service "all makes of vehicles" they would not do an oil change for me. My 2016 Honda Owner Guide " Specifies Premium Grade 0W-20 detergent oil and the N.S. coupon provides Motorcraft Synthetic Blend which would surely meet Honda approval. The service man only had a pretty lame excuse that N.S. only had the 0W-20 oil in bottles so it would therefore cost me $20 extra. How can N.S. be in business and not stock the popular 0W-20??? How many other coupons have been voided (at $20 each) by N.S,. using this fake "bait and switch" reason?? Lesson learned: Don't trust N.S.Ford ads or info. More
