I called about a used (non-Subaru) car they had on their lot and made an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived, they had pulled the car to the front and were quick to let me take a look and test drive. They even had a couple of recommended routes to let me put the car through varied speeds and roads. Once we made the decision to move forward with the purchase, Robert K, Josh, and Pam were all incredibly helpful and kind about the best financing plan, helped me sort out insurance, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before signing. They worked to make sure I had the coverage and rates I needed, and were sure to explain each step of the process. I couldn't have been happier with my experience overall. Would highly recommend this team, and am looking forward to the next time I need to reach out for assistance or service for a vehicle. More

I found Crews Subaru to be a pleasure to deal with - their sales people (as it turns out) are on salary) so there's no sweaty, pushiness and Robert K. was great to work with. I bought a used car (a process until meeting them that I've always hated) and they are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Only two things I would have changed - I made the deal by email with Robert but he didn't close, his manager did, and some of the agreed upon stipulations didn't get conveyed , but when I brought it to their attention, they fixed it without any arguing or hassle. The other thing is the woman I worked with in their finance dept (don't remember her name) should slow down her presentation of the paperwork - she's highly experienced and is very thorough, but given that she's dealing with people (customers) who don't do this every day, she could afford to be a little less efficient and a little warmer in her approach - when people are spending that kind of money, it pays to have a warmer 'bedside manner'. As an aside, I was buying the car in SC but live in Maine, and they took care of all the interstate paperwork and explained it to me well, so there were no hassles there, either. All in all a great experience, and I would recommend this dealership to people looking to buy a good quality, as presented used car. More
