About as easy as it can be! I have purchased all brands of luxury cars in my life. I have not had such an easy relaxed time getting a car. I sent them a list of what I wanted and they sent me a vin# and time it would be in stock. I arrived before opening to check out their lot and was impressed by the amount of selections they had in all Subaru models. I was in and out of the show room with a new car in less than 2 hours. The Best Car-Buying Experience I've Ever Had On 7/30/16, we purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited. I am retiring in a few years so we thought we'd get a vehicle that we had confidence woul On 7/30/16, we purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited. I am retiring in a few years so we thought we'd get a vehicle that we had confidence would stand the test of time. I am 62 and in all my years, this was the best car-buying experience I've had. The Vehicle" Read the specs on the Outback 2.5i Limited and you get an idea of what a great vehicle this is. But drive it and get a first-hand look at all the great features offered and you will be hooked. I love it! It had everything we wanted including a large rear interior to store our gear. This is truly an exciting vehicle. The Sales Staff" Robert K. was the sale rep we dealt with and we couldn't have been more happy. He was an easy-going, no-pressure guy who answered all our questions, be they about mechanical, electrical or style issues. We arranged to purchase a vehicle that was due in August with a deposit of earnest money. Robert then helped me to file applications with the Finance department so we could streamline that process. When a few short days later Robert called to say our Outback had arrived, we were elated. On the day we bought the car, Robert took the time to go over the Outback features in detail, giving us a thorough tour of the vehicle and going over the User Manuals. We got an excellent overview of everything. It was clear-cut, understandable and fun! There was s lot to go over, but it didn't take long, Robert is easily the best sales rep I've had the pleasure to do business with. Thanks! By the way, all the staff we encountered were nice, polite and unobtrusive, Again, no high-pressure, but staff that treat you the way you wanted to be treated. Well done, all. The Finance Department: Usually the most dreaded, drawn out phase of car-buying, Crews Subaru did it right. Take some simple credit applications, a fantastic, state-of-the-art, hi-tech desktop and Ms. Pam's savvy and experience, and everything was done in less than 30 minutes! Amazing. See it to believe it. It had been a long day already when we got to Crews and I knew my wife would not want to go through the usual haggling. There was nothing to worry about here. When Robert was busy with another client or off a day I came in for "another test drive" other staff, including but not limited to Josh, Linda Jeremy and Trey, were available to answer my questions, give me literature or take me out for a drive. Robert was excellent explaining all the features of the car. Jeremy reviewed some of the features for me and helped to make me comfortable with "new technology." They worked together as a team which was very much to my advantage. Linda was very helpful when I called in and Robert was not there. The literature provided let me know exactly what products Subaru had available and pricing. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. My Subaru Forester Touring model has a lot of features. They have all been explained to me by various staff but It will take me time to learn to use them all. Robert has made it clear he is there to help me any time I need "how to" guidance. The sales team made buying a new car as stress free as such a large purchase can be. Pam was very knowledgeable and organized about the financing end of the process. She was very candid regarding the extended service warranty and the additional exterior and interior care car package. Everyone was very nice to and patient with me. More

No pressure: A happy experience! My older, beloved car was totaled when a tree fell on it, and I was heartbroken. I had test driven several comparable models, but didn't have a 'conne My older, beloved car was totaled when a tree fell on it, and I was heartbroken. I had test driven several comparable models, but didn't have a 'connection' with any new car or salesperson who made me feel comfortable until I traveled from Beaufort to N. Charleston to visit the Crews dealership. Tired of driving a rental, and short on time, I had decided that I would tell the first salesman who approached me that I had found the car I wanted to see online, on their lot, and I needed to decide quickly if that was the one for me or not and move on. Luckily, Robert Kozakiewicz was the salesperson to approach me, and he was friendly--not pushy, informative, accommodating and very understanding about my situation. I test drove what would become our new family car, a 2016 certified pre-owned Forester. Robert actually listened to what I really wanted in a car, and was careful to point out things about the Forester that fit into the category of what I was looking for. We were having a great visit during the test drive and I LOVED the car! He assured me as I had to leave that he would do all he could to help me get that particular car if my husband checked it out and liked it, too. Just a couple of days later, I returned with my husband, who had a bunch of questions for Robert, and he answered them all to his satisfaction. They ended up hitting it off, too, and what could have been a stressful few hours was a pleasant car buying experience. Miss Pam in the financing office is a PRO, she's great! She took a minute to get to know us, and explained every bit of the process as we went. Robert and Pam were a great team in our car buying experience! Trey Norwood was so patient with us and the 4 children we had with us. He took the time to answer all questions and showed us all of the really cool features on the new Outback. Definitely not the heavy sales pitch I was fearing. He actually made car shopping fun! They gave us a very fair offer for our trade-in and the buying process was simple and easy. I have never felt so good about a purchase. More

Great Buying Experience I usually dread the car buying experience. But my experience at Crews Subaru was great. I made an initial visit to just get an overview of the Outba I usually dread the car buying experience. But my experience at Crews Subaru was great. I made an initial visit to just get an overview of the Outback and Forester, as I had been in a car accident and was not ready to drive or purchase the car at that time. Robert Kozakiewicz helped and was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and polite - no pressure at all. I told him it would be several weeks before I was ready; he did not bother me during this time. I returned to Crews a few weeks later and the process of purchasing a Forester (through Robert) was an easy one! More

Tracie, my internet contact, got me started in the right direction and was prompt in answering my emails and was very polite. She made sure I was properly introduced to my salesman when I arrived and gave me a thorough break down of his credentials to reassure me that he knew his job. My salesman, Robert, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made the whole shopping and buying experience wonderful. He epitomizes what a salesman should be and I will definitely refer anyone I know looking to buy a Subaru to him. Pam was great as well. She explained everything in the paper work to me and made sure I knew all my options. She was kind, polite, and patient which made the process enjoyable.
