I set up an appt a week in advance and dropped the truck off at 7:30 yet nothing was done to it all day. The following day I was told there was no trouble found on the two issues I wanted diagnosed. On the work order I noted that many of the symptoms I outlined weren't included in the notes to the technician. However, the service advisor recommended replacing the main computer (for ~$1200). For their trouble I paid over $250. No sooner did I drive away when I noticed an Airbag Warning light that was not lit previously. I took the truck back and told the service advisor. His response was "Can you bring it back again sometime?". I insisted they fix it then. They took it back into the shop and fixed the issue (within 10-minutes). This is the third time in a row that this service department has left me disappointed; truck was serviced but no one called me to let me know and it was too late in the day to have the shuttle pick me up, took the Mustang in for service and detailing but they only detailed it saying there was nothing on the work order about servicing it. I've given Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls enough chances. Next time I need a Ford service center I'll go elsewhere. More
