Monica was very professional but kind at the same time. When I would get frustrated she would help me to be ok. My husband developed a relationship with Beaver Toyota with his Tacoma and suggested I give them a try. So glad I did! Tyler Lightcap was AWESOME! He listened to my needs and didn’t try to “push” me into a particular vehicle. For the first time in my life, I’m EXCITED about driving a car! I also want to add that this is my very first used vehicle, which I honestly never thought I would do and I love this car far more than anything brand new that I’ve ever drove off a lot.
