We will definitely investigate whether we need to switch to a different 3rd party vendor for those gas cards, because you are right, it shouldn't be this much of a hassle to use. Yes the sales manager did come through with the $25 amazon card and it worked and a verbal promise of a 1'st free oil change. But since everything this dealership is like pulling teeth or lies or a joke! Like the $25 gas card when we went to use it came up invalid several times even the cashier tried even tried typing in the numbers still didn't work! One thing can be over looked as a mistake but one thing after another it is pattern that shows w and l can not be trusted! Bottom line be very careful and get everything is in writing! John B. Walt
