The staff are wonderful to work with. They don't try to hurry you up, answering every question and twice if you don't understand. This is my second purchase from W&L Subaru, with Ken Heim. Both of the salesmen we worked with were great, not pushy, but very helpful. The associate who showed us how to use everything on the car was very personable, patient and knowledgeable. The finance fellow who did our paperwork was efficient, but I felt he treated our salesman in a demeaning manner. The dealership did not honor a coupon sent to us in email which promised 500.00 off after our best deal was made. They claimed it had already been figured into the deal. That was not what the coupon said. We drove the car the 8 miles home and noticed smoke coming from the engine as we pulled in the drive. We found the oil cap had not been put on properly and had burst off, spewing oil all over the engine. We called our salesman and someone came and got the car with in half an hour. It was fixed, cleaned and back by days end with apologies and gifts from our salesman. I do not blame the mechanic who prepped it, because I know mechanics are rushed form one job to the next by dealerships .Perhaps a second pair of eyes would prevent this type of mistake in the future. I traded in an Outback that I had for 10 years with minimal problems. I hope that this new car is just as reliable and does not become a major expense because of all the bells and whistles they put on cars these days. More
