Great customer service1 I reviewed and researched a 2015 pre-owned Outback, and upon arrival, was given keys for a test drive. after returning, we proceeded to finalize the p I reviewed and researched a 2015 pre-owned Outback, and upon arrival, was given keys for a test drive. after returning, we proceeded to finalize the paperwork to make purchase, and and the pre-owned sales manager came up to me and explained that the service manager didn't like the sound he heard from motor, so a new catalytic converter needed to be installed, and was informed that part was still under original warranty, so couldn't take home the Outback , instead after finalizing paperwork, given keys to a 2020 Outback until part was installed.. That in itself tells me the staff at W & L are dedicated professionals, determined to get the best product for the customer's satisfaction. Highly recommend. More

W and L still gave me the best deal and their service could not have been better. We live 45 minutes away So with several tech questions, I emailed Nick,their tech person (questions on eyesight And starlink). He immediately got back to me and Was able to answer my questions. Thrilled with my new Outback and I still tell friends that W and L is the best in the area. More
