2016 X5 We recently purchased a 2016 X5 from BMW of Westlake. During our search we felt that this dealership was the best fit as they were very professional, We recently purchased a 2016 X5 from BMW of Westlake. During our search we felt that this dealership was the best fit as they were very professional, answered all of our questions, and delivered on what they promised. I originally worked with Mark Roberts and Bob Strecker. After Mark left the company Ken Delk took over and did a fantastic job making sure our delivery took place as expected. Also many thanks to Mike in Finance and Nate the "BMW Genius" who patiently took us through all of the vehicle systems. We live 2 hours away and felt it was worth the travel to do business with this dealership. Thanks again for a great experience. More

Great Leasing Experience! I had a great experience at BMW of Westlake. This will be my first BMW coming from driving an Audi. There was a newly created ding in the front of my car that the staff addressed and committed to fix with a loaner car and replacing the bumper completely.
