I just picked up my new X3 today. The overall experience was great. I visited the dealership earlier in the month and worked with John Caruso. I also met Frank and Bob. What stands out at this dealership is how friendly everyone is. The staff here are just very warm and shared my excitement about getting my first BMW. I shared the specifications for the vehicle I wanted and the offer I wanted to make. The offer was accepted. I know that I got a fantastic vehicle at a great price and the experience was hassle free. The vehicle was delivered today. They are not normally open on Sundays but BMW had a special promotional event this weekend and Ganley BMW opened on Sunday to allow customers to get their vehicles. John spent a lot of time reviewing the features of the vehicle with me. There really are a lot of features with BMW's computer system and it was a huge help to have John demonstrate the options and help me to get things set up. I am thrilled with my X3! More

Last week I had the best experience in decades of buying/leasing vehicles. Ken Delk and Robert Strecker at Ganley BMW were simply outstanding. Their professionalism, responsiveness and helpful natu buying/leasing vehicles. Ken Delk and Robert Strecker at Ganley BMW were simply outstanding. Their professionalism, responsiveness and helpful nature getting me into the vehicle I wanted was extraordinary. Ken's time to introduce me to the BMW brand, his level of knowledge and interpersonal skills were exceptional. The experience from Ken and Robert was a stark contrast to the treatment I received from another Cleveland area BMW dealership which turned me off to the BMW brand 2 years ago. I greatly appreciate the work of Ken Ganley, Ganley BMW, Ken Delk and Robert Strecker for making the dreaded experience of acquiring a vehicle a pleasure. With the addition of the new BMW from Ganley BMW we now have 3 vehicles from Ganley dealerships and I could not be happier with their consistent level of professionalism and customer service. More

This is my third BMW the car speaks for itself but the staff at Ganley BMW is the best. i originally had gone to 2 other BMW dealerships before i purchased my 1st car and as soon as i walked into Ganley i staff at Ganley BMW is the best. i originally had gone to 2 other BMW dealerships before i purchased my 1st car and as soon as i walked into Ganley i knew this was the place i wanted to purchase my car everyone goes out of their way to be kind and considerate. Ken Delk has been my salesperson for my 3 cars and he is very knowledgeable and makes the whole experience a simple task. i met Robert Strecker for the first time and he also went out of his way to make my deal simple, and quick! i will always buy a BMW and will always go to Ganley to lease my vehicle in the future. More

The Ganley BMW Team was exceptional;. Our Client Advisor, John Caruso styaed the course, understood how important it was to us to make the best decision we could, and came through in the end with a great new John Caruso styaed the course, understood how important it was to us to make the best decision we could, and came through in the end with a great new vehicle at a price that was right for us. I have purchased 5 BMW's from Ganley BMW. I have seen new employees who seem committed and enthusiastic to customer care. I see a noticeable improvement in service compared to 2007. The reputation of the dealership of bmw middleburg heights is going up over the 2 years which coincides with some management changes I suspect. I have dealt with many of the new car sales team and I am impressed how helpful when the primary sales person was not available. Roland was a great addition to service. When Ken is not available I feel comfortable with the other team members and Robert Strecker GM is always available to address any concerns. I am looking forward to taking my bmw's to the new ganley bmw when they relocate. More

The reason I purchased from Ganley was their professionalism and detailed communication I receive I have 2 BMWs and just added the 3rd from Ganley. The reason I purchased from Ganley was their professionalism and detailed communication I received from their salesman, Sean Roberts. I have purchased, Corvettes, Lincolns, Volvos, Mercedes and BMWs and I have never never met a young man as detailed and knowlwedgeable about the BMW Brand. He is by far, the best I have ever met. Go to Ganley and ask for Sean Roberts...you won't be disappointed ! More
