I was dreading the process of trading a vehicle and negotiating a price on the new vehicle but was pleasantly surprised with the experience. John Redden was my salesperson and he could not have been nicer. His colleague, Howard, was also helping out with information he could provide. Neither one were aggressive or pushy and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. From the salespeople all the way up to the manager (Bob Strecker), each was extremely nice and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I can't say enough good things about how warm and pleasant they all were! I highly recommend BMW of Westlake! More

While I have driven BMWs for almost 30 years, a new model is tricky. How will it look, how will it drive, colors, etc.? My sales rep kept me apprised throughout the process of the manufacturing progress of the vehicle, including it's landing day on a Sunday in the port of Baltimore. The delivery of the actual car was also outstanding as the dealer has a designated delivery spot in the dealership to add to the excitement. More
