We contacted Ganley BMW's Dirk Steffan about the BMW X3. He promptly informed us of the available inventory as well as providing pictures and pertinent information. We comfortably negotiated online, came to an agreement and was provided a sales order to confirm all terms. We made an appt. to pick up the BMW and were extremely pleased with the time Dirk spent to go over the vehicle and assure us to contact him with any future questions that arose. Dirk is "first-class" when it comes to making a vehicle purchase a pleasant experience. I will be anxious and proud to refer Dirk, Bob Strecker (mgr) and the Ganley dealership! More

Over the Top Experience People in the market are generally excited about selecting and driving a new car- whether it be new or used. However, often times that excitement is overshadowed by the sales process and the sales experience. You know what I mean! NOT going to happen at Ganley BMW, the excitement over the new car is only enhanced by the sales experience. I have had the pleasure of working with Bob Strecker and Ken Delk. I asked for their suggestions and input regarding the model, the equipment and the overall financials. This process took me some time (more than usual) to digest to ensure I was getting the car I wanted configured to my needs. There was no pressure from sales, only constructive, positive input. At the end of the process the pricing was better than expected and I ordered the car. My car was recently delivered at the BMW Performance and Delivery Center in South Carolina. What a fabulous experience! Most important, the production schedule, delivery schedule and almost anything that had to do with the car was always communicated to me without my having to prompt sales for information. The "i's" were dotted and the "t's" crossed, it was a perfect experience. I am a car guy and all cars interest me. However, after the Ganley experience and the BMW Delivery Center experience, I will never buy another brand from another dealer. BMW, your brand is in good hands with Bob, Ken and the Ganley team. More

Since I ordered the car, the process was supposed to take 8 weeks. Bob updated me every step of the way. The communication was fantastic. The car came in 3 weeks early, and the delivery process was seamless. This is the second car that I have purchased at Ganley BMW, and Bob and Jerry are extremely professional, reliable and friendly. Everything went exactly as I was told. The other shoe never dropped, and I could be more happy with everyone at Ganley. More

I live in Florida and travel to Cleveland twice a year to visit my daughter and grandkids. I owned a 2006, 325ci convertible and had need of service in the past and on this trip. While I was awaiting a diagnostic from service on my vehicle I spotted the 2013, 128i convertible on the lot that I eventually purchased with the expert help from my Client Advisor, Howard Schneider. You know there are many automobile dealers selling the same cars, but what stands out (to me) with Ganley BMW is the people - Howard Schneider in particular, Robert Strecker and Erik Parkinson in F&I. They didn't miss a beat in making me happy, from a fair trade on my 325ci to explaining the features of my new 128i. The car was ready as promised and the paperwork and its explanation was flawless. I received an e-mail regarding some BMW incentives that would allow me to turn in my current lease and lease a 2014 X3. I phoned Dirk and he was very accommodating in scheduling a time to discuss the opti would allow me to turn in my current lease and lease a 2014 X3. I phoned Dirk and he was very accommodating in scheduling a time to discuss the options with him. He spent quite some time with my husband and I going over the vehicles that were available. He also spent considerable time reviewing all of the new navigation features. Dirk is extremely knowledgeable about BMW products and all of the options. My husband, who is not so easily impressed was telling his co-workers "he really knew his product". Dirk and Mr. Strecker were very courteous and made the transition from my 2011 X3 to the 2014 very smooth. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More
