The BMW experience at Ganley BMW was made possible by the friendly atmosphere and professionalism in which Ken Delk, my Client Advisor, presented himself on the day of the purchase of my BMW 328i sedan. The length of time Ken gave me to drive the BMW around the dealership area was unexpected. It gave me a great BMW driving experience and was appreciated as well. Robert Stecker then introduced himself as the New Car Manager and was very personable and professional. Mike Hall, the Business Manager, was friendly, courteous, and professional as well. I would not only recommend driving a BMW but driving a BMW from the Ganley BMW team of Robert Stecker, Ken Delk and Mike Hall a must! More

The entire process at Ganley was seamless from the sales assistant, through the General Manager, and onto the Financial Manager. They were extremely personable, were genuinely concerned about getting me in assistant, through the General Manager, and onto the Financial Manager. They were extremely personable, were genuinely concerned about getting me into the car I wanted versus what they had to sell, and were responsive to my questions/concerns. When I came to get my car the Finance Manager had all the pre-work done to make the transaction as quick as possible. Lastly, the sales assistant walked me through all the car's functionality and truly wanted me to understand it so that I would enjoy this vehicle to the fullest. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish, and lastly, theirs was the best deal when comapring to two other dealerships. More

It's been a little over a year since I purchased an M3 E92 Coupe from Robert Strecker at Ganley BMW. Six months of searching for one's perfect color/option combo had finally connected me to a solid lead. I picked up the phone and spoke with Robert, who gave me the exact history of the vehicle and assured me of its pristine condition. A short negotiation put me where I needed to be. I flew into Ohio from Nashville, TN and was promptly scooped up in a fully-loaded 7 series. Quite the shuttle vehicle. Robert knew I was in a hurry so he had the vehicle ready to go as soon as I arrived in freshly detailed condition sans dealer badges as requested. The whole process was seamless and Mr. Strecker was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for your in-town and out-of-town BMW needs. Cheers Sean More

The car was purchased as a gift, so I cannot comment on the buying process/experience. But since I've driven off the lot, the dealership has been easy to reach, fast to respond, and more than pleasant to w the buying process/experience. Anything I needed, be it a short question answered or a spontaneous drop in, they've been all smiles to providing the service. I had been to this dealership when contemplating my previous vehicle nearly 4 years ago, and I vowed to never return. However, my husband met a current salesman while at work, and we opted to give the previous vehicle nearly 4 years ago, and I vowed to never return. However, my husband met a current salesman while at work, and we opted to give the dealership another chance. What a difference a few years can make. Not only was the facility cleaner and more friendly, but the sales people with whom we worked were knowledgeable about the product. Their willingness to spend the time advising us on the vehicle resulted in our decision to leave Mercedes for BMW. More

Very good experience with Ganley BMW; the staff is extremely knowledgeable about the product they sell, very helpful in locating vehicle that fit my needs, Jay Traner, Bob Strecker and Mike Hall made extremely knowledgeable about the product they sell, very helpful in locating vehicle that fit my needs, Jay Traner, Bob Strecker and Mike Hall made the vehicle delivery a great experience. All the staff at Ganley BMW are very attentive, acknowledged and greeted in a friendly manner by everyone I passed, even associates that were not working directly with me. This is a bit dated, but....we leased a new vehicle and financed a vehicle we had been leasing. Everyone we met or talked to were GREAT to work with, but something seemed to get lost a little bit in deali financed a vehicle we had been leasing. Everyone we met or talked to were GREAT to work with, but something seemed to get lost a little bit in dealing with everyone (together) who needed to provide a service to get us out the door (timely) with our vehicles. Getting our previously leased vehicle CPO'd took a lot longer than we were led to believe. The dealer did apologize for everything and will take care of us in the future when we need service on our vehicles. All told, I'd give them a B+/A-. Not bad in my opinion. More
