Good Morning, I reached out to the service department director regarding the issue with your taillight. He wanted to again let you know that we would be happy to install the taillight once you have it, but unfortunately there isn't much more we can do. We don't typically store customer's vehicles, especially for extended periods of time, so we just don't have any way to get to the root of what happened. Exactly, I spent almost 8 THOUSAND dollars and you damaged my vehicle and won’t replace it . Terrible customer service. thanks for being so “helpful” . That was a lot of money to pick up my vehicle damaged . Thanks but no thanks 👍🏾 better yet how about you replace the light and I can put it in myself smh . I’ll even come pick it up no shipping . imagine spending $7,668 and getting your car back damaged . Then they say bc you took so long to pay us we won’t help you , lol I would never recommend this place just for that horrible experience
