The service technicians left my car an absolute mess they stepped on my seats and seat backs with greasy boots, and never cleaned them up. They also scratched a bunch of my interior plastic trim when they wh stepped on my seats and seat backs with greasy boots, and never cleaned them up. They also scratched a bunch of my interior plastic trim when they where taking a part the back to look for the water leak. When I brought the car back and asked them about it the service manager said he would make sure they thoroughly clean the car and that it was unacceptable the way they left my car. They never addressed the scratches that I pointed out. They asked me to leave my car there for half the day so that they could thoroughly clean it, so I was out just about a full day with the car again. When I went back to go pick up my car, all they did was clean up their dirty foot prints. They never cleaned the headliner that they left greasy handprints on and never did anything about the scratches on my trim. I figured they would do a detail on the inside of my car to make up for the damage and the messy way that they left it. They did a crappy job cleaning only their footprints and nothing else. There’s no way I should’ve been without a car for almost a full day to clean up some foot prints. More

Got my car back after repair and i picked it up with a broken taillight and they won’t replace it . Terrible customer service broken taillight and they won’t replace it . Terrible customer service More
