Quick and Painless Auto Shopping!!! Our Monday started horribly. Not only was it pouring and cold, but our 2015 Grand Cherokee started to overheat. Our mechanic found 3 main issues that amounted to about $3K to repair. It didn't make sense financially to give the greenlight to make the repairs. Found DeCozen via Truecar. Came in after work and met with Roberto Milton who was very diligent and professional in finding out what our issues were and found the best solution for us. Started the process that night and the next day we were driving away with our brand new 2020 Grand Cherokee Loredo E. We're ecstatic about our new investment.
