I’d been to this dealer for service once before and had a great experience with QuickLane. I made an appointment this time and ended up waiting nearly 3 hours. I expected the work to be started when I arrive great experience with QuickLane. I made an appointment this time and ended up waiting nearly 3 hours. I expected the work to be started when I arrived for my scheduled time. Michael did seem overwhelmed and did the best he could. More communication would have helped me with expectations. The dealership acknowledging the wait time was exceptionally long would have left me with a much better impression. At this point, I’m not sure if I’m willing to give them another chance. More
