Excellent experience zero sales pressure Dave, was my sales consultant very smart young man. He knew exactly what I was looking for and what would make me happy. I felt he was very honest never pressured me, and walked me through every step of the process. A special thanks to the entire First Hyundai team that I worked with Andre Mended, Rodney Franey, Anthony Coccia Jr. and the man that made it all happen Dave Sacco!!! I would definitely come back to this dealership and highly recommend it to all my family and friends. More

Jamil was great but waited too long for business manager My husband and I were planning on trading in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata that my father had given me when he moved across the country. The sonata was from this dealership so we figured we would take a look at some of the models available. We wanted an AWD vehicle as we are expecting a child and I commute 45 minutes to work, so safety in the winter and space were priorities for us. Right off the bat I was annoyed with the little parking for customers and the hectic and confusing layout of the lot. Honestly, I considered just leaving due to this issue. However, we waited and eventually were able to park. When we went inside we were greeted promptly and were assigned Jamil as our sales representative. Jamil was great, easy to talk to and seemed genuine. Jamil Helped my husband and I find a vehicle that we both loved, a 2014 Hyundai Tuscon. We decided to move forward on having my father's car appraised and ultimately to proceed with making the purchase. Jamil was very helpful in filling out the paperwork and answering my questions. Once we signed all paperwork we needed to wait to speak with a business manager and have everything finalized. This wait was over 2 and a half hours. The dealership was very slow by the time we had signed everything with Jamil but we continued to wait. No manager or supervisor apologized for the delay. Jamil checked in on us multiple times during the wait and was extremely polite. He really went above and beyond within his powers to make us as comfortable as possible during the wait. I was shocked that with the business manager being so backed up, however, that no one came and apologized besides Jamil. We arrived at the dealership at 11:30 on a Saturday with an appointment and did not leave until 6pm. If it were not for Jamil's service and willingness to go the extra mile my review would be significantly lower. Overall I am extremely pleased with my vehicle and love the peace of mind having the First for Life deal on the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to others, especially if they were able to work with Jamil. More

I knew my lease was up and started looking at all types of models and brands- I knew what I wanted and what we wanted to spend. Hanna, Mark and Rod helped us stay within your budget and that is what helped with making the decision easier to purchase a vehicle through First Hyundai. Best Experience Ever I had an awesome experience at First Hyundai. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I feel that I'm a valued customer here and the people who work there go out of their way to help you! From the internet department when Hana answered all my questions I needed and also made sure the vehicle I wanted was still available. I've been to so many dealerships that lied to me just to get me in the door. From the sales person Mark Calzo being so knowledgeable in the car I was interested and not skipping over anything in the car. Some dealerships I've been to say here's the keys, park over here when you get back. I feel I'm just a number like when I visited Boch. Then down to Anthony who gave me such an amazing deal on the new car I bought. I got back way more then I thought I was going to get from what KBB gave me. They really work with you, every way possible. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Best dealership ever. Then the First for Life no one has anything like this, Mark did a break down for me and showed me how much I was saving in the long run. Will be back when I'm looking for a new car, just hope those people are still there when I get back. More

Employees do not communicate well Salesperson told me that financing did not affect the price of the car. Finance guy told me the exact opposite. Finance person kept us waiting for well over an hour. Finance person requested additional information (insurance, etc) and provided an email address to send info to. Information was sent promptly to him, but I never received a reply email confirming receipt. The salesperson texted me to get the information, when I texted back, he did not confirm that he received the information. Car was not ready to pick up for over a week after purchase. Salesperson told me that I could only pick up the car when he was working as there was a bunch of paperwork to sign and review. In fact, the actual transfer took 5 minutes, required no signature, and could have been easily done by any staff person. Overall this was a frustrating experience. More

Victor greeted us and his assistant salesman Michael Fortes with a warm feeling. He took his time to ask us exactly what my husband and I were looking for in a new vehicle and brought out a white 2014 Hyundai Sonata Limited. at first I thought it was a little to sporty. So we tried it and we liked it but I thought we should still try a few more with less options. After a few hours of driving a few cars I realized that Victor had hit the nail on the head and we did buy it. But I also have to mention his trainee Michael because while driving the 2014 Hyundai Sonata Limited he new a lot about this car that really helped to make the decision that this was the best vehicle for us. So I do believe that Michael has a great career ahead of him and tell him to stay true to himself! Rod was also went out of his way to get us the best interest rate for our loan and explained the facts to us about the loan and what the benefits we were going to get with the extended plan we purchased! Over All a Great Experience! My husband and I have not picked up our car yet but I know we will be very happy with the car and I will let my Co-Workers know just how great you are to do business with!!!! More

Buyers beware Since I've been scammed and lied to maybe it's time to let everyone know. When the Finance manager lies to get you to add additional warranties. No one needs to buy additional warranties to secure a loan or lease, but the Finance professionals at First will tell you different. It's illegal and could be legal action not just to the dealer but the Finance manager falsely representing these services. Maybe it's time for a class action??? More
