The dealership was ok but did not have great customer service just meh. Purchased a car and they stated they would check if their was a 2nd key at the Bentonville dealership and if so get it for me service just meh. Purchased a car and they stated they would check if their was a 2nd key at the Bentonville dealership and if so get it for me when I picked up my car the next day. Someone did call the next day to check on my vehicle but I hadn't picked it up yet. I asked about the extra key and they said Roddy would call me. Two hours later he had never called. When I arrived around 12:30, I asked about the extra key and they had to check on it. Then someone came to me and said it was at the Bentonville dealership and was I going to Bentonville today, I said, "no". Instead of them saying, "Oh, we will be happy to get it for you" they just stared at me in awkward silence until my boyfriend said we could get it. I had said no because he had a headache and then the guy said, "well, if you don't get it. We could". My boyfriend said we could. But for spending $23,000 at the dealership the day before I would have expected better service on something they said they would do. More
