I have owned Honda's for 15 years. Recently, our CRV Dashboard flashed " Low Tire Pressure". I stopped at Hagerstown Honda on my way home on a Saturday afternoon. Jared Trumble found l Recently, our CRV Dashboard flashed " Low Tire Pressure". I stopped at Hagerstown Honda on my way home on a Saturday afternoon. Jared Trumble found low pressure on a rear tire and I said I would make a service appointment on Monday because they would probably shut down soon. Instead, he sent the car to the Tech Kevin Watkins who removed a nail and repaired the tire. What a relief for me. For our most recent Automobile Multi-Point Inspection, Bill Crouse, Service Advisor, explained each of the services other than an oil change, that would be done. They were Brake Fluid Exchange and Tire Rotation. He is pleasant and professional. I enjoy calling and seeing him. He makes a prompt appointment when I call. For over 15 years, I have always been received pleasantly by all the sales and service personnel that I have met at this Honda dealership. I will recommend Hagerstown Honda to anyone. More
