I’ve been a customer of the service department for the last 5 years and I am so disappointed in my recent service experience that I will never return. The service advisor recommended service for everythi last 5 years and I am so disappointed in my recent service experience that I will never return. The service advisor recommended service for everything, but what was included on the multi-point inspection, which I didn’t not realize until I got home and checked my email. I ended up paying about $1k when I only need an additional $300 in work done. I filed a complaint via email with the supervisor via email just to never receive a response. The service department is nothing like it used to be and not only will I not recommend this place to anyone I will never return. More
