Jeremiah Rose is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. Every single time I come in to have my vehicle serviced he is a jerk right off the bat. He gets annoyed when you ask him for something as simple as a copy of the work completed form the appointment. On numerous occasions he has rolled his eyes at me and said in a snarky tone “I don’t care.” Well it shows he doesn’t care. He doesn’t respect the customers or his job. The service provider, Joe V is very knowledgeable and provides great advice. My Hondas are in great shape after several years of ownership thanks to the great service I've gotten from Joe and Honda of K provides great advice. There's a Honda dealership closer to my home but I wasn't satisfied with the level of service I got there. After being dissatisfied with that dealership, I decided to try HoK. Once I tried HoK and experienced their service, I never went back to the dealership that is closer to my home. Based on the care and service HoK provides, it's worth the extra 10 minutes of driving to get to Honda of Kenosha. More
