I took my car in for an oil change only to discover that it was due for service after waiting and realized it was going to take longer, I requested a loaner. I also want to give a shout-out to Rodney Rodgers and Harry who has also helped in the past as I wasn't aware I can write a review of my experience. To continuously see staff members happy, no matter who you get, from service to checkout shows that they have an INCREDIBLE leader at the helm who values the importance of its staff and that's why I will continue to return to this dealership. I'm hesitant to list all of the ways that she made the experience wonderful, only because I want you to experience it for yourself. I will be going to see Debbie when I'm ready for my next car. The entire team at HGS has met or exceeded every expectation I have had and then some. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but they addressed them quickly and sometimes better than I would have asked. This dealership and especially Debbie met my highest recommendation. 10/10 More
