En route for a 15,000 mile checkup, I learned my adult daughter was getting ready to deliver EXTRAORDINARY today as they always are when I need them. En route for a 15,000 mile checkup, I learned my adult daughter was getting ready to deliver my first grandchild, and I needed to get home 3 hours away, get my wife and prepare to travel sooner than we’d expected. For example, recently Service Advisor Rodney Rogers and others on the team servicing my car all worked late one very hot day to finish replacing, balancing and aligning new tires on my car so i wouldn't have to come in a second day. Over the years, other service advisors have painstakingly diagnosed a couple of vexing problems. In short, I find that I trust them and understand what they tell me. Prices seem comparable to what i've paid elsewhere. More
