If you're thinking of buying new tires for your Subaru, do NOT go to Herb Gordon Subaru. I made an appointment online, received a confirmation email, and confirmed the appointment via text message the day do NOT go to Herb Gordon Subaru. I made an appointment online, received a confirmation email, and confirmed the appointment via text message the day prior to my appointment. I showed up for my appointment only to find out the General Altimax tires I ordered weren't in stock. After further research by the service desk, not only are the tires not in stock, they aren't even available as they are "close out" despite the website saying are available. I asked for a discount on another set of tires that were available, but the dealership wasn't willing to work with me at all. I won't be back for any service appointments in the future. Review edited to note that I received a call from the Service/Parts Director Greg Edwards shortly after posting of this review (on Google and on other sites), who apologized for the issue and said he would work with me to install Michelin Defender tires today. However, Herb Gordon Subaru had their chance to make it right this morning when I was at the dealership. There were at least two instances the Service Advisor went to talk to someone else (who I can only assume is a manager) to see what they could do, but they weren't able to provide any deals on the Michelin Defender 2s then. They should have worked with me from the beginning. I already wasted my time driving there and back once today. I wasn't doing it again. I already purchased new tires from Costco. More
