TheService Advisor that I always tequest, Rodney Rogers, explained the work to be done and the cost; if the mechanics find other work to be done, Rodney calls to let me know and the cost. This he did, as always, yesterday. I appreciated having a loaner car--yesterday, was a 2024 CrossTrek--so I fid not hsve to wait sround for 6 hours. All n all, Herb Gordon Subsry in Silver Spring is a great place with staff who that excellent customer service tk heart! More
