Rodney Rogers is absolutely amazing! Herb Gordon Subaru service is the best in town. Just liking going to doctor, I fear I would hear the worse news when I go to the dealership. But wit Herb Gordon Subaru service is the best in town. Just liking going to doctor, I fear I would hear the worse news when I go to the dealership. But with Rodney, my fear is set at ease. He reminded me that as long as I do my routine service, I won’t have to suffer a huge cost at the end of my service. I took my 2014 Subaru Legacy in for a 97.5k service. After waiting less than 90 minutes, Rodney came out and told me the Good News. My car was done and it’s running great. I was so relieved. Unlike other cars I owned, I was expecting to drop hundreds of dollars to have my car fixed. Fortunately, after the multi-pt inspection my car was doing great. Now, I feel completely comfortable letting my son drive to school knowing that I don’t have to worry about the car breaking down. Thank you so my Rodney, Harry, and the rest of the awesome staff at service department at Herb Gordon Subaru. I’m so happy I looking forward to buying my next Subaru, especially since I have a 2012 Outback that is still up and running. More

I can be pretty skeptical about having someone work on my car. Usually my husband does 90% of the maintenance and repairs on our vehicles. But since I bought my first Subaru at Herb Gordon, I have been going car. Usually my husband does 90% of the maintenance and repairs on our vehicles. But since I bought my first Subaru at Herb Gordon, I have been going there for much of the work. I feel like they've been honest with me as far as what my car needs and what my husband can do. (So that's helped on some of the labor costs and I really appreciate that!) Shout out to my new favorite service advisor, Michael Goodman! And the last time I went in I did not have an appointment, I was just doing the walk-in Express. All of the service advisors were busy, so the service director, Greg Edwards came right out to help me. Quality leadership makes a great team! Thank you Greg and Michael! More

This is the Best place to service your vehicle! I took my car in because I was having an issue and my mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with my car but I knew there was. I took the car over I took my car in because I was having an issue and my mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with my car but I knew there was. I took the car over to the Service department and they were able to not only find a fix the issue But they also gave me ideas as to what needs to get fixed next. I’m so thankful that I can come to the marina she comes up with my car. More

I am so thankful that Rodney was able to help me. Not only was he able to fit me in on a last minute call to get my car into service due to the fact that my thermostat had broken that same day. I had an emergency for the car and did not know what to do and Rodney really came through and making sure that I not only had A rental for my use but he was able to help me get my car back the very next day. I am so thankful for her Gordon Subaru as well as Rodney and his staff as well. Thank you so much for all you do and for taking the time to help the customers out when they need you the most! More
