Rodni T. is an amazing sales person. He is very warm, honest, caring, personable, and just an all around great person. He explains everything in detail, makes is an amazing sales person. He explains everything in detail, makes sure everything is easy and perfect for the customer (me), and is super professional. He does not pressure you or make you feel like he is just trying to make a sale. He is genuine in wanting to make sure you are truly happy. To me, that is priceless. I will only use Rodni T for any future Mercedes I purchase/lease. He is truly the best. Rallye dealership is a great dealership and stands by their word. I had an issue with a certified pre owned car, and Doug Foss was wonderfully caring and wanted to make sure I was a satisfied Rallye customer. He succeeded. He was genuine and professional. I trusted him and felt like he had my best interest in mind. Trust is huge, especially when it comes to making a big purchase such as a car. Trust is number one to me.
