Roel is an amazing sales manager to work with. I initially found a vehicle that I was interested in but it was already purchase in progress so I contacted Roel again for another similar vehicle. He was quick to let me know that DLR offers reservation on vehicles so that there is only one interested party checking out the vehicle at a time. Given I had a personal commitment and wasn't available for test driving the vehicle at DLR dealership, Roel was quick in delivering the vehicle to my doorstep for test drive. Even though DLR has a policy of 2 day reservation for test driving, Roel was kind and amazing enough to grant me the extended reservation for 5 days since it was a festival weekend for me and I was super occupied to even test drive the vehicle when it was delivered to my house. After test driving the vehicle, I called Roel to finalize the deal, only to find out that I don't even have to step out of my house to do the paperwork. Roel was super amazing to drive down to my house at the scheduled time and finish the paperwork at my place. Not sure what else I can put in here but Roel is your person if you ever are looking to shop at DLR for your next ride. More

Purchased a 2020 4Runner in amazing condition for a used vehicle! Chris and Roel were great! Went for a test drive on a rainy day, but the indoor showroom kept us from having to look at the vehicles in the vehicle! Chris and Roel were great! Being from out of town and not able to purchase same day as test driving, they allowed me to put a deposit down & hold the vehicle through the weekend until my bank was open. The whole process was smooth & they stayed in great contact, answering any questions I had. Once the deal was done, they delivered it all the way to me (2 hours away) at work! 10/10 for customer service, most definitely. I highly recommend Dallas Lease Returns to anyone looking for a new ride! More
