Chris and Roel constantly acknowledged my concerns, were available for my abundance of questions, and demonstrated the utmost integrity and professionalism throughout our professional relationship. At a time plagued with stressful familial circumstances, what had been a miserable seventh month process prior was an absolute joy. Since moving to Dallas seven years ago, my parents have purchased, sold, or leased every vehicle from this dealership. I was having the worst time trying to find a replacement vehicle since the market was awful as well as having specific wants / needs in a new vehicle. From the very beginning Roel made sure that every option was explored, as well as maintained consistent communication throughout the entire experience. I was working 6 days a week with little to no time to actually visit the dealership, but Roel ended up finding me exactly what I was looking for. The entire process went so smooth it seemed too good to be true. I didn't even test drive or see my car until it was delivered to me, (while I was working!) and I feel like that shows the level of trust in volumes. As a single mother who takes care of everyone, it was a huge relief to have that level of care reciprocated. Moving forward I will continue to refer and come to him with any and all vehicle needs.
