What started out to be a bad experience on servicing my GT Mustang turned out to be a great experience when Roger Galvin stepped in to take the process over. I had left a previous negative review after my service visit to Currie Ford not because of the service work done but because a bedliner I purchased from them had been pushed into the bed with the banding visit to Currie Ford not because of the service work done but because a bedliner I purchased from them had been pushed into the bed with the banding clips down. The clips put numerous scratches on the bed. There was a bit of a mix up in the number I used to contact them and when I didn't hear from them I wrote a negative review. After seeing the review the Service Manager, Roger Galvan, called and got the details of the problem. He understood the issue and offered to make it right by having Currie put in a spray in bedliner. We have purchased two vehicles in the past two years from Currie Ford of Valparaiso and have been very satisfied with them. The test of integrity is not seen when everything goes well but in how a business handles a situation that does not go as planned. In our opinion Currie Ford of Valparaiso has passed the integrity test and we recommend them to anyone for the purchase of a new vehicle. We thank Currie and Service Manager Roger Galvan for their honesty and integrity. More
