When unexpectedly faced with getting a new car fast, I searched inventory at many local car dealerships; some of this searching was done in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep. Two weeks into my searched inventory at many local car dealerships; some of this searching was done in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep. Two weeks into my search and once again in the wee hours of the morn’, I opened up Otto Cadillac’s website and perused their inventory. I quickly found two vehicles I wished to test drive and filled out the online contact form. Quicker than I expected, I received a reply and was in the dealership a few hours later. I was greeted enthusiastically by two people upon entering (one was being trained) and was quickly paired with a salesman. In the mere timeframe of an hour and a half, I had two test drives on the SUV’s I had originally chosen, and was back to work knowing I would be picking up my new car in two days (they offered one day but I chose two). My salesman, finance manager and receptionists greeters were beyond helpful, friendly and accommodating. As a middle-aged (yikes, I don’t like saying that) yet young lady, I found this car buying experience the best to date and will most definitely recommend Otto Cadillac as a great place to find, purchase and service (upon getting my vehicle, I noticed one thing that needed servicing. I was accommodated very quickly and had my car back the same day at no extra cost to me.) a vehicle. Thank you to all at Otto Cadillac who made this SUV all mine! More

Otto has been great, I appreciate their attention, I would however recommend setting a customer up with a loaner that matches their need and not giving them a EV when they live in an area that does not would however recommend setting a customer up with a loaner that matches their need and not giving them a EV when they live in an area that does not support non Tesla type EV’s. I had a terrible experience with the loaner and had to have it plugged into my electric for a day and a half after spending many hours trying to charge it the first night I had it. Very frustrating, and was forced as a loaner. Albany area customers are probably fine, western ma is very much different. I was also given very limited directions on how to be successful and could have almost been stuck someplace overnight and would have had to rent a hotel room had I actually not altered my plans for work that day. More
