Sales guy refused to explain pricing. He would only write it on the back of his card??!? When I asked to see the manager to have them explain how they came to the price I was given Romeo left me in the lobby it on the back of his card??!? Most of our time was spent with Cristian showing us various trucks after asking what we were looking for and how we would be using it. He knew the specifications for each vehicle and if not he did not hesitate to get an answer. He and Romeo worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted (and would be happy with) within our budget so we were very grateful. My experience with Romeo was probably the best experience Ive had when buying a vehicle. We told him what we wanted, he worked with the financing team and got us approved before we ever saw the truck we want Ive had when buying a vehicle.
