I am a current employee here at Nimnicht and my wife and I bought an 2020 traverse and loved the service we received. Everything went very smooth and easy as it should. My wife was very nervous about buying I bought an 2020 traverse and loved the service we received. Everything went very smooth and easy as it should. My wife was very nervous about buying a new car as we haven't bought one in a long time and didn't know if we could even do it at this time. Romeo took very good care of us and so did Alex and the whole staff which I knew they would from working with them. My wife absolutely is star stuck by the new car and loves everything about it. thank you everyone that was involved with this. i will always make sure to bring friends and family here when they are looking to buy a new or used car. Second vehicle I’ve bought at Nimnicht. Second great experience there. Helpful staff all around, and if I can pump a sales associate up, it would be Romeo. He’s a born salesman, but he’ll also look out experience there. Helpful staff all around, and if I can pump a sales associate up, it would be Romeo. He’s a born salesman, but he’ll also look out for your best interests and help you get into whatever kind of vehicle you want for the price you’re looking for. He doesn’t push a vehicle on you, but also shows you what you can do financially and does his best to get you what you’re looking for. 10/10 would do business again. More

Sales guy refused to explain pricing. He would only write it on the back of his card??!? When I asked to see the manager to have them explain how they came to the price I was given Romeo left me in the lobby it on the back of his card??!? When I asked to see the manager to have them explain how they came to the price I was given Romeo left me in the lobby and walked away? I found Karen the sales manager and explained what happened she asked me to come back inside and she would help. I told her I was pretty upset with what happened and asked her to text, call or email the info on the truck I liked. 48 hours later nothing!! More
