Great Experience, Great People We purchased our 5th vehicle since 2014from Nimnicht Chevrolet on Saturday June 8th. The waiting area is pleasant and the amenities are super - drinks, popcorn, etc.; seating is comfortable and area is airy and well lighted; plus free WiFi. We worked with Romeo for one car, and he was wonderful! Over a year later, we ended up working with Lou, and she was also wonderful! Great team of people, and they all seem to get along well, which was very nice to be around. More

Did not provide the equipment options agreed on in sale. Dealer agreed to provide a nav system with XM radio in a 2018 Equinox at the time of sale. After waiting 5 weeks, the sales department informed me th Dealer agreed to provide a nav system with XM radio in a 2018 Equinox at the time of sale. After waiting 5 weeks, the sales department informed me that they were mistaken when they agreed to equip my car with the nav system because they learned that the equipment was not available for my model. I tried to trade the vehicle back for a vehicle equipped with the nav system, only to be told that it would cost me another $5,000-$7,000 to trade the car they sold me for a vehicle equipped as I had insisted at the time of the original sale. My only recourse was to accept a $1,600 payment, the cost that was added to my original sale price for the nav system that was supposed to be provided in the first place. More
