Ron Broesche provided prompt and reliable customer service as usual when I brought my car in because the battery had died on me when starting the engine in freezing rain temperatures. He was able to look up the car service receipt in Toyota of Colorado Springs to see when the old battery was purchased. Still had 50% warranty on the battery, so only had to pay 50% for a new battery replacement. Excellent and detailed service. More

I sat in the waiting room for one and a half hours before I found out from the service rep that the car had just been sitting, and the oil change hadn't even been started yet. He apologized and said I would get a 50 percent discount, which was fine, however, I had to wait another hour for the job to be finished. I've used this location for oil changes for 12 years and this is the first time something like this has happened. Perhaps it's because my usual service rep was off that day and another person took his place. More
